Once you have set the Polycom device in the room to enable REST API, you now need to enter information about the device in the Web Admin Portal.
Follow the steps below to update the room details in SpaceConnect with the Polycom Trio device access details:
Navigate to the administration website (http://admin.spaceconnect.co/).
Enter your Administration Email Address and password to sign in.
Note: Your administration email address may be different from your normal email address.
Select 'Manage Levels' link for the location you want to add the device details.
Select 'Manage Rooms' link on the level you want to add the device details.
Select the EDIT button for the room you want to add the device details.
Scroll down to the 'Room Accessories' section and enter the following information:
- IP address - Enter the unique device IP address that is displayed on the device.
- Admin User Name - Enter the device admin username
- Admin Password - Enter the corresponding password
Select the SAVE button.
Repeat this step for each room you are enabling video-conference automation using your Polycom Trio device.
